Problems: 12 of the 20 scheduled observations were missed.
          The correlation report noted that both WETTZELL and KOKEE found an
          error in the schedule --- the fact that the observations were 
          scheduled for 2019, not 2018.  Therefore both stations had to adjust
          to the problem and started observing late.  
          KOKEE started observing at 19:06:20 UT, source 2356+385.
          WETTZELL started observing at 19:18:19 UT, source 2214+350.
